Searching directories and files
You have the possibility of searching in the Program Manager for certain directories and
files.
Note
Search with place holders
The following place holders simplify the search:
"*": replaces any character string
"?": replaces any character
The search is made in all of the selected directories and their subdirectories.
If the cursor is positioned on a file, then a search is made from the higher-level directory.
Note
Searching in opened directories
Open the closed directories for a successful search.
Select the "Program Manager" operating area.
ge location in which you wish to perform the search and
then press the ">>" and "Search" softkeys.
The "Find file" window appears.
Enter the desired search term in the "Text" field.
Note: When searching for a file, enter the complete name with exte
n-
sion (e.g. DRILLING.MPF).
When required, activate the checkbox "Observe upper and lower case".
Press the "OK" softkey to start the search.
If a corresponding directory or file is found, then it is marked.
