Configuring ACL ACL Configurations

(Optional) Enter the interface configuration mode and bind the policy to the port.
port | port-list
: The port (ports) to which the policy will bind.

: The name of the policy.

(Optional) Enter layer 3 interface configuration mode and bind the policy to the VLAN.
vlan-id
: The VLAN to which the policy will bind.
policy-name
: The name of the policy.
Step 3 show access-list bind
(Optional) View the configuration of binding.
Step 4 end
Return to privileged EXEC mode.
Step 5 copy running-config startup-config
Save the settings in the configuration file.
The following example shows how to bind Policy 1 to port 2 and Policy 2 to VLAN 2:

Switch(config)#interface gigabitEthernet 1/0/2
Switch(config-if)#access-list bind policy 1
Switch(config-if)#exit
