17.3.2 Playback Stops
Unit stops playing.
Identification
When looking at \doremi\log\odetics.log (or \doremi\log\odetics.log.x if the issue occurred a
while before the report has been taken), you should see the following message when this
issue occurs:

Solution
To solve the issue, ensure that the latest versions of the software, firmware, and security
manager are installed:
• Software: v2.4.5
• Firmware: v4.2.7
• Security manager: v6.0.1.5
