Lubrificare con grasso prescritto il
filetto e il sottotesta delle viti (3) e
delle colonnette (2) e (12) ed
impuntarle sulla testa.
Bloccare alla coppia di serraggio
prescritta (Sez. C 3) le viti e le
colonnette di fissaggio di ogni
supporto, partendo da una delle viti (3)
interne e procedendo con la sequenza
indicata in figura.
Rimuovere l'eccedenza di pasta
sigillante dalle zone dove è stata
applicata.
Importante
Eseguire la verifica alzata
valvole come spiegato nella
Sezione N 4.1.
Rimontaggio tappi e anelli
di tenuta
Dopo averli puliti e sgrassati,
procedere al montaggio dei tappi
laterali (24) sul lato opposto
distribuzione. Installarli in piano
utilizzando il tampone 88713.2066,
con il lato cavo rivolto verso l'estremità
dell'albero distribuzione. Verificare che
la distanza dalla superficie esterna
della sede risulti uguale per tutta la
circonferenza del tappo.
Lubrificare con olio motore gli anelli di
tenuta (17) e l'estremità degli alberi
distribuzione.
Installare sull’albero distribuzione
l’introduttore in dotazione all’attrezzo
cod. 88713.1906 ed impuntare
l’anello di tenuta sulla testa con il lato
provvisto di molla.
Importante
Utilizzare ad ogni rimontaggio
anelli di tenuta nuovi.
Utilizzare il tampone in dotazione
dell’attrezzo e un martello per
l'inserimento in sede degli anelli di
tenuta.
Lubricate the threads and underheads
of the screws (3) and stud-bolts (2)
and (12) and start them onto the head.
Tighten the screws and studs
fastening each mounting to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3)
starting with an internal screw (3)
and proceeding in the order indicated
in the figure.
Remove excess sealant from the area
of application.
Important
Check the valve lift as explained
in Section N 4.1.
Refitting the plugs and
seal rings
Clean, grease and install the side plugs
(24) on the opposite side. Install them
evenly with drift 88713.2066, with the
hollow side facing the end of the
camshaft. Check that the protrusion
from the outer surface of the seat is
even all around the edge of the plug.
Use engine oil to lubricate the seal
rings (17) and the ends of the
camshafts.
Install the inserter supplied with the
tool part no. 88713.1906 to the
camshaft and start the seal ring on
the head with the spring.
Important
At reassembly, always use new
O-rings.
Use the drift provided with the tool
and a mallet to drive the seal rings
home.
