I Period can be reduced to 32 or 24 to reduce zapping time.
 P Period = 8
 GOP Type = IB
 Adaptive GOP = true
 Temporal Scalability = false
 Close GOP Period = 0
 Deblocking = true
 Decoder delay = 1000
For Simple/Movie Contents (2160p50/60): 10 to 16 Mbit/s
For All/Complex Contents (2160p50/60): 18 to 27 Mbit/s
