The “Link Status” indicates the training mode standard. If the ADSL interface
has established the Physical Layer, the “Line Type” and “Line Length” fields will
be populated with information about that particular ADSL connection. In
Figure 7-16, for example, the “Line Type” is Fast, and the “Line Length” is 933 feet.
