Viterbi decoder setting in QPSK, OQPSK (SQPSK) mode:
Single- 1 I+Q Single Viterbi decoder common to I & Q Channels
Dual – nI / nQ Separate Viterbi decoders for I & Q Channels, n is the
number of parallel decoders and can be selected between 1 and 16.

Viterbi puncturing setting for I Channel in BPSK or UQPSK (AQPSK, AUQPSK,
AUSQPSK) mode or for both I & Q Channels in QPSK, OQPSK (SQPSK) mode:
Off Viterbi puncturing disabled
