STATUS
TM Block status, expressed in hexadecimal.
The left-hand digits of the status corresponds to offset N+4 of the Telemetry
Block Description (see STI 100013_HDR, Table 21).
The right-hand digits of the status corresponds to offset N+5 of the Telemetry
Block Description.
