Power unit assembly
8. Remove:
• PTT switch lead “1”
9. Install:
• Special service tool
When lifting the outboard motor, make sure
to use the specified special service tool.
Other bolts and hanging jigs could bend or
break, causing the outboard motor to fall.
10. Install:
• Lifting harness
(onto the special service tool “1” and “2”)
11. Remove:
• Power unit
a. Remove the bracket “1”.
b. Remove the power unit mounting bolts
“1”, “2”, and “3”, and then remove the
power unit.
