Chapter 6 General
Feed Sensor
1) Turn on the power and enter the FAX Scanner Diag.
2) Open the ADF Cover.
3) Put a paper into the ADF feeder.
4) Execute "Feed Sensor".
5) Check the sensor "Status ON".
6) Press "STOP" key to return one step higher menu.
7) Pull out a paper in the ADF feeder.
8) Execute "Feed Sensor".
9) Check the sensor "Status OFF".
10) Press "STOP" key to stop the test.
11) Close the ADF Cover.
ADF Cover Sensor
1) Turn on the power and enter the FAX Scanner Diag.
2) Open the ADF cover.
3) Execute "ADF Cover Sensor".
4) Check the sensor "Status ON".
5) Press "STOP" key to return one step higher menu.
6) Close the ADF cover.
7) Execute "ADF Cover Sensor".
8) Check the sensor "Status OFF".
9) Press "STOP" key to stop the test.
