The TYPE tag identifies the file as a valid R&S SMU file. It must be present and must be
the first in the waveform. If a file of the same name already exists on the target medium,
it is overwritten.
Tip: R&S AMIQ waveforms can also be loaded on the instrument, where they are con-
verted internally into an R&S SMU waveform.
