selects the table ucor1.
CORR:CSET:DATA:POW:POIN?
queries the number of level values in the table ucor1.
Response: 440
the table ucor1 contains 440 level values.

The command queries the measurement results of a multi channel measurement. The
values of each column of the user correction list are queried separately, i.e. the correction
values for a specific attenuator setting.
Suffix:
1..9
Numeric suffix 1 denotes the high power measurement, suffixes 2
to 9 the different attenuator settings starting at 0 dB up to 35 dB
in 5 dB steps.

The command activates the acquisition of multi level data with a connected power sensor.
Separate measurements are made for the different attenuator ranges up to 40 dB. Thus,
the changes in VSWR for the different ranges are taken into account, the level accuracy
increases. For ranges from 40 dB on the changes in VSWR are negligible. The reference
level is set internally and cannot be controlled by the user. The measurement results are
entered into additional columns of the User Correction list. The Multi Level Correction
measurements are made in addition to a Single Level Correction measurement. When
the user correction list is activated, it is possible to select which of the measurements is
to be used for level correction (command SOUR:CORR:MLEV:STAT ON).
