Engine
Refitting the right-hand side crankcase cover
Clean and degrease mating surfaces on the clutch cover and crankcase and ensure that locating bush (1) and the O-ring (2),
located in correspondence with the oil way, are installed in the crankcase.
Apply a uniform continuous bead of DUCATI liquid gasket onto crankcase mating surfaces, working around all the holes.
Lubricate the oil seal (6) with engine oil and fit the bush 88700.5665 onto the primary drive gear so as not to damage the seal
while fitting the cover.
Fit the cover assembly (14) to the crankcase and insert the retaining screws.
