Measure with digitize voltage using the front panel
To make a digitize voltage measurement using the front panel:
1. Make the connections as shown in Digitize voltage measure connections (on page 2-128).
2. Press the FUNCTION key.
3. Select the Digitize Functions tab.
4. Select Digitize Voltage.
5. Press the MENU key.
6. Under Measure, select Settings.
7. Select the settings for your application. For descriptions of the options, refer to
Digitize Voltage
measure settings (on page 2-33).
8. Press the TRIGGER key for 2 seconds and verify that the instrument is set to Continuous
Measurement.
The measurements display on the front panel.

Digitize current measurements
The digitize current function makes accurate, predictably spaced current measurements.
Do not apply more than 250 V
peak
between INPUT LO and the AMPS input. Failure to observe this
caution may result in instrument damage.
