:MTESt:RMODe:FACTion:MEASure

Command Syntax
:MTESt:RMODe:FACTion:MEASure <on_off>
<on_off> ::= {{1 | ON} | {0 | OFF}}
The :MTESt:RMODe:FACTion:MEASure command sets measuring only mask
failures on or off.
When ON, measurements and measurement statistics run only on waveforms that
contain a mask violation; passing waveforms do not affect measurements and
measurement statistics.
This mode is not available when the acquisition mode is set to Averaging.
Query Syntax
:MTESt:RMODe:FACTion:MEASure?
The :MTESt:RMODe:FACTion:MEASure? query returns the current mask failure
measure setting.
Return Format

<on_off> ::= {1 | 0}
