The command is relevant for pattern trigger and for state trigger.
Select the channels to be considered:

B[:ENABle]: Ch3
●
C[:ENABle]: Ch2
●
D[:ENABle]: Ch4
The trigger source cannot be enabled.

Trigger type: 10 = State, 11 = Pattern, all other suffixes are not

Parameters:

ON
The qualification expression is considered.

The qualification expression is ignored.
