Set Alarm Level Parameters
This command assigns an alarm level to the alarm number specified.
Syntax
SET-PRMTR-ALARM:[tid]:aid:ctag::almnum,level[,errcnt],[clrcnt];

Parameter Format Description
aid SxAy Sets the alarm level parameters for the specfied module.
almnum Specifies the alarm number to be modified. See Chapter
6, Alarms and Events for a list of alarm numbers.
level IGN

Sets the alarm level of the specified alarm number.
errcnt Specifies the start delay time, which is the number of
seconds that the alarm must be present before the alarm
message is issued.
clrcnt Specifies the clear delay time, which is the number of
error-free seconds after the alarm condition is cleared
before the alarm indication is cleared.
