3.19.16.2 Functionality
The integer 32-bit to boolean conversion function T_I32_TO_B16 is used to
transform an integer input INT32_IN into a set of 16 binary (logical) signals OUT1
OUT16. T_I32_TO_B16 is designed for receiving the integer input locally.
Conversion is done for the lowest 16 bits only. If INT32_IN is higher than
65535 (2

–1), the higher bits are ignored in conversion.
