3.22.7.2 Functionality
The real greater than or equal comparator function GER compares the real input
REAL_IN1 with the real input REAL_IN2 and activates the binary output OUT if
REAL_IN1 is equal to or greater than REAL_IN2 - TOLR or greater than input
REAL_IN2. That is, if REAL_IN1≥ (REAL_IN2 - TOLR) or REAL_IN1 > (REAL_IN2),
OUT = 1, else OUT = 0.
If inputs REAL_IN1 or REAL_IN2 are outside the range, then OUT is set to 0.
