full height. Close and lock the detector panel. Repeat for the next 27 ingots for the
frame on the opposite side. The grand total is 54 ingot bricks.
In addition, there are two metal ingot “spacers” which should already be in position
from the factory.
If ordered, the optional second layer of 54 lead ingot bricks (Model GEM5-2Pb) can
be installed at the same time or afterwards if required (in the “near” or “inner”
channels).
If ordered, the optional bottom and top ingot bricks (nine in each of two possible
layers) can be installed anytime (SCN 816087 GEM-5 Top Pan/Extra Lead Kit, SCN
7062330 GEM-5 Bottom Extra Lead Kit respectively).
