F3 – Calibration Printout
The Calibration Printout provides a record of the method of calibration (factory
default, derived efficiency, manual or a calibration collection), the source
ID/Radionuclide (if used), source strength (if used), net count rate (if used),
efficiency, date and time of calibration for each detection zone. This data is obtained
from the F3 – Calibration screen (on page 121) or from the Z_CALIB.DF settings
file (on page 297). A sample print preview is shown in the following figure.
Figure 122 The Calibration Printout Preview Screen
The printout provides essential calibration results and calculations and is usually
sufficient when a written calibration record is required. Additional calibration data
are included in the F4 – Calibration Data Printout described below.
By default, whenever calibration settings are changed on any F3 – Calibration
screen, a Calibration Printout file CALIB.TXT is created in the
D:\MonitorProgram\DATALOG directory, overwriting the previous version of the
file, if it exists. In general, the F8 - Printout screen settings (on page 169) determine
which check results files are saved and for how many days they are retained while the
F9 - Data Transfer (Network) Setup screen settings (on page 174) determine which
are transferred.
