F2 – Test Menu
The F2 – Test Menu, shown in Figure 39 on page 73, is accessed from the main
Service Menu (on page 72). It provides the service technician with the means to
check or troubleshoot most functions of the monitor without tools or additional test
equipment. Testing of the detectors, amplifiers, analog and digital circuits, all
sensors for personnel movement and position sensing, computer and system timers,
and various pass/fail tests are accessed through this menu. These screens also
provide access to the high voltage and discriminator settings. A screen dump
(PrintScreen) produces a printed hardcopy or a bitmap (BMP or PNG) file copy of
the selected screen for analysis or archival purposes, as specified in the Printout
screen.
Note:
• The HV is turned off when the F2 – Test Menu screen is started.
