Display Screen
The video display is a high resolution (1024 x 768) ~233.9 mm (10.4 in.) color LCD
display screen, integrated in top of unit (secondary or remote display kits are
optionally available for entry side).
• Inspect the display for obvious damage.
• If necessary, clean the display screen window carefully, using a clean, lint-
free, slightly damp cloth.
• Confirm that the LVDS cable is connected to the LVDS connector on the
back of the computer box. This cable provides power and video signal to the
LCD panel.
Review of Detectors
Monitors shipped from the factory have all detectors installed in their respective
frame positions.
Detector positions are numbered one through eight (or the maximum detector
number, which depends on the model and the installed options). The control system
recognizes the location of a detector by the settings of the eight-bit dipswitch, which
is located on the detector board. When replacing a detector, the dipswitch must be set
correctly for detector location in the monitor.
