• files have been moved to CRemote machine (F9 – Data (Network)
Transfer),
• or Auto Save Occupant Check Results is set to “No”.
• The contents of three internal results depend on recent events.
• If Alarm Test was last done then only Position 2 will have results
since Alarm test only uses position 2. If a result was achieved in one
step then position 2 is not used. If result was clean then detector
contamination check is not done and position 3 is not used. If a
position does not have results then message “No Contamination
Check Results are available” will be displayed in preview area.
• Instructions for these keys will be in a third title line at top of screen
• “Result [* of 3] F9=Previous F10=Next” shown in white (*=current)
• If there is no previous “F9=Previous” is hidden.
• If there is no next “F10=Next” is hidden.
• The place where internal memory of results is cleared has been moved on
the position screen from the beginning of routine to just before the count
starts so that aborted positioning doesn’t clear previous results.
• When monitor is in conditional service the header, area shows the type of
conditional service. (“Conditional Service” or “Krypton Mode”).
• Contamination result flags “Bkg Change” {Background change detected
showing the average, variance, variance ratio, and readings in average (N) for
background and measurement (gross) values}, “Σcontam” (Total Gamma
Activity) and “#Contam” (Specific Activity) exist as well.
If Allow Individual Sigma Factors is set to “Yes” on the Zone Configuration
screen, then the K Alpha, k
ß1
, and k
ß2
values for individual detection zones are listed
in the three rightmost columns. Otherwise, the K Alpha and K Beta values applied
globally are shown at the beginning of the first section, as explained above.
F6 – Calibration Source List Printout
The Calibration Source List (see F9 – Edit Calibration Source List on page 137) can
be printed to file or hardcopy for verification, record keeping, etc. The printout gives
the source identifier (e.g. its serial number), dimensions, radionuclide name, half life
in years, certificate activity and emission rate, source activity and emission rate, type
(α, ß, or γ), and calibration date as entered in the Calibration Source List, plus the
current decay-corrected source activity and emission rate. If the certificate activity or
certificate emission rate is entered as zero in the Calibration Source List, then that
item is not included in the report. It will show backscatter, self absorption and source
activity if present for a given source.
