Installation of WebRemote, Monitor 9.0 (or above) , and
DashBoard
To install Mirion Technologies (Canberra CA) Ltd. WebRemote, Monitor 9.0 (or
above), and/or DashBoard software, the system hardware and Operating system
must be compatible. Ensure the prerequisites outlined in section Prerequisites on
page 395 are met.
WebRemote Installation
To install or upgrade WebRemote insert the installation USB which contains the
WebRemote software (SCN 7081909) into the embedded PC of the contamination
monitor. Follow the instructions for WebRemote software installation (SCN
7081911) which comes with the USB stick.
Monitor 9.0 (or above) Installation:
To install or upgrade Monitor software, insert the installation USB stick which
contains the Monitor software version 9.0 (SCN SOFT-MON-SERIAL). Follow the
instructions for Monitor software installation (SCN 7070025) which comes with the
USB stick.
Note: Backup any necessary files before continuing.
DashBoard Installation:
The DashBoard is pre-installed (but not activated) on all contamination monitor
shipped post July 1 2014. To install or upgrade the DashBoard software on a
contamination monitor, insert the USB stick which contains the DashBoard software
(SCN 7081909). Follow the instructions for the DashBoard software installation
and/or activation (SCN 7081910) which comes with the installation USB stick.
• The DashBoard software requires activation on at least one contamination
monitor (HOST#1)
• Activation of DashBoard on a second contamination monitor (HOST#2) is
recommended.
• All other contamination monitors do not require activation of DashBoard
• All contamination monitors, including Host Monitors (HOST#1 and
HOST#2), are required to send status packets to HOST#1 and HOST#2 (if
applicable)
