F9 – Recent Event Log
Gem-5 User’s Manual 235
Note that since the monitor is in service the background color will be black while
viewing the event log.
The Contaminated events are displayed in red. Contaminated events also indicate
which detectors were contaminated by “Use” (“Foot”, “Body”, and “Head”) and by
type (“γ”).
The Out of Service events are displayed in yellow. Out of Service events also
indicates the faults that where present when the monitor went out of service. For
zone faults only the fault is indicated, not the zone it applies to. If there is not enough
room to display all the faults then “etc.” is appended to the faults that can be shown.
“Excessive Background Out of Service”, “Detector Contaminated Out of Service”,
and “Frisker Out of Service” are also shown in yellow.
The In Service events are displayed in green. In Service events also indicate the type
of Service (“Normal Service”, “Conditional Service” or “Krypton Mode Service”).
In the case of occurrences of “Conditional Service” this will also apply if monitor is
re-started with any zones detectors.
