10. Install the Power PCBA in the new enclosure as follows (Figure 12-6 on
page 12-7):
a. Position the Power PCBA on the four mounting bosses, with the attached
ribbon cable toward the UI PCBA.
b. Attach the Power PCBA to the mounting bosses with four screws. Tighten the
screws to 1.1 to 1.5 N-m (9.7 to 13.3 lb-in).
c. Connect the heater cable to the 5-pin P114 connector. Make sure that the
connector is oriented as shown in Figure 12-6, and that it is fully seated.
d. Connect the thermostat cable to the 2-pin P113 connector. Make sure that
the connector is oriented as shown in Figure 12-6, and that it is fully seated.
e. Connect the fan cable to the 4-pin P111 connector. Make sure the connector
latch engages.
f. Connect the thermistor cable to the 2-pin P108 connector. Make sure the
connector latch engages.
g. Connect the ribbon cable to the P204 connector on the UI PCBA. Make sure
the locking ears close completely on the connector.
11. Install the speaker in the new enclosure as follows (Figure 12-5 on page 12-6):
a. Position the speaker on the four mounting bosses, with the speaker cable
toward the Power PCBA.
b. Attach the speaker to the mounting bosses with four screws. Tighten the
screws to 1.1 to 1.5 N-m (9.7 to 13.3 lb-in).
c. Connect the speaker cable to the 2-pin P103 connector on the Power PCBA.
Make sure the connector latch engages.
12. Install the power supply in the new enclosure as follows (Figure 12-4 on
page 12-5):
a. Position the power supply on the four mounting bosses, with the power
supply output cable toward the speaker.
b. Attach the power supply to the mounting bosses with four screws. Tighten
the screws to 0.4 to 0.6 N-m (3.5 to 5.3 lb-in).
c. Connect the power supply output cable to the 4-pin P109 connector on the
Power PCBA. Make sure the connector latch engages.
