37. Follow the procedure Rejoining the Front and Rear Enclosures on page 9-5.
38. Attach the saved serial number label to the rear enclosure as follows:
a. Position the label as shown in Figure 12-30.
b. Press from one edge to the opposite edge to adhere, taking care to eliminate
air from under the label.

39. Place the cover for the USB port in position on the back of the unit and install the
screw. Tighten the screw to 1.1 to 1.5 N-m (9.7 to 13.3 lb-in).
40. Perform the following tests:
a. Power-On Test on page 7-3.
b. Temperature Accuracy Test on page 7-8.
c. Flow Test on page 7-10.
d. Thermostat Test on page 7-11.
e. Electrical Safety Tests on page 7-14.
