Carrier Board Fault: The number of times the monitor has detected a failed or
missing Carrier Board. This fault always results in an Out of Service condition.
Sensor Board Fault: The number of times the monitor has detected a failed or
missing Sensor Board. This fault always results in an Out of Service condition.
Auxiliary Sensor Board Fault: The number of times the monitor has detected a
failed or missing Auxiliary Sensor Board if Auxiliary Sensor Board Installed is set to
“Yes” on the F1 – Model Selection screen. This fault always results in an Out of
Service condition.
Conditional Service Elapsed: The number of times the monitor has exceeded the
permitted Conditional Service duration as set in the F4 Out of Service Causes
screen (on page 141). This fault always results in an Out of Service condition.
Alarm Test Due Fault: The number of times the monitor has exceeded the permitted
Due for Alarm Test duration as set in the F4 Out of Service Causes screen (on page
141).
Temperature Hot: The number of times the monitor has detected a Carrier Board
temperature fault condition. This fault results in an Out of Service condition if
configured in the F4 Out of Service Causes screen (on page 141). The fault
condition is generated by the Temperature Over 60°C Fault (see F11 Carrier
Board Tests on page 209).
+12V Fault: The number of times the monitor has detected a Carrier Board +12V
fault condition. This fault results in an Out of Service condition if configured in the
F4 Out of Service Causes screen (on page 141).
Suggested Krypton Mode (only if Krypton Mode Enabled is set to “Yes” on the
Common Values screen): The number of times the monitor went Out of Service due
to High Background and displayed the “Suggest Krypton Mode” message, as shown
in F4 Out of Service Causes screen (on page 141).
Suggested Normal Mode Suggested (only if Krypton Mode Enabled is set to “Yes”
on the Common Values screen): the number of times the monitor went Out of Service
due to High Background (Event Over) and displayed the “Suggest Normal Mode
message, as shown in Krypton Mode on page 66. The Krypton Mode Normal
Background F4 – Out of Service Causes screen (on page 141).
Database Fault: This is available when Ctrl+F10 Factory Setup, F9 Database
Settings, Database is set to “Enable”.
Service History Page 2 (or 3)
The second page of the Service History (Figure 112 on page 242; similar third page is
not shown) provides a tally of failures for each detector over the time period
indicated on Page 1. A detailed description of the failure causes (i.e. the column
headings in) is provided elsewhere.
The screen displays a maximum of 30 detector zones at a time (if applicable). If
necessary, use the Page Up and Page Down keys to scroll up and down the list.
