Board: “254 ID 2 Sensor Board ASSY: D216540 SCN:816540” is the standard
board for Argos-3/-5, Sirius-3/-5, GEM-5 and Cronos Serial Bus models.
Approach 1 (and Approach 2): These sensors prevent background updates while a
person approaches the monitor (Background Update mode changes to Ready mode).
The Approach sensor is installed on the Hot side and the Approach 2 sensor is
installed on the Cold side.
Occupied: This sensor indicates that a person has entered the monitor (Ready mode
to Position mode).
Body Close: These sensors indicate when the occupant is in position (Position mode
to Monitor mode). Defaults to “None”; can edit field.
Alarm Test: This is the keyswitch that puts the monitor in Alarm Test mode.
Display Last Contaminated:
This feature provides bitmap recall of the last
contaminated person through an external “key”. It can be assigned one of the spare
inputs. When Display Last Contaminated terminal is active, the slowly drifting
Mirion Technologies (Canberra CA) Ltd.logo screen or Ready screen will show the last
contaminated screen (already being automatically saved as a BMP for CRemote).
Sensors will be ignored while this switch is active on Ready screen. The Display Last
Contaminated terminal is ignored on other screens so that monitoring in process can be
completed. If there have been no contamination events since the monitor started then a
blank contaminated screen will be shown. If all RESULT… BMP or PNG files have
been moved by CRemote or deleted by the Keep Occupant Contaminated
Results…Days setting then a blank contaminated screen will be shown.
In Position: Choices are “None” (default) or an [available terminal]. When terminal
is active the occupant is considered “In Position” and counting proceeds. Intended
