• The dosimeter reader is ignored during a cold to hot sequence.
• Note that Dosimeter Inserted terminal can be used to open Hot Side Barrier
by setting the F4 – Access Configuration Open Barrier (Hot Side) setting to
“After Dosimeter Inserted”. In this case if Dosimeter is disabled the Open
Barrier (Hot Side) behaves same as its “Normal” setting.
• If Dosimeter Reader Enabled is set “YES” (and Dosimeter Reader Enable
Key terminal is active) and Insert Screen is set “Ready” then it's required to
be inserted prior to monitoring even if it's not used to open the hot side
barrier.
• If Insert Screen is set “Clean” then it is not available to open the hot side
barrier. In addition, while the dosimeter is not required until the clean screen
it can be inserted any time during the measurement sequence.
• The Voice files INSERT_B.WAV, REMOVE_B.WAV,
COMPLE_B.WAV, INCOMP_B.WAV and UNAVAI_B.WAV are used
when prompting for interaction with the dosimeter.
• See F3 – Setup, F2 – Wait Timeouts for Maximum Wait for Insert
Dosimeter, Maximum Wait for Read Dosimeter, Maximum Wait for
Remove Dosimeter, and Wait after Read Dosimeter Complete settings.
• F3 – Setup, F11 – Instructions, F1 – Ready, Insert Dosimeter setting is used
when prompting for the badge to be scanned.
• F3 – Setup, F11 – Instructions, F2 – Position, Insert Dosimeter setting is
used when prompting for the dosimeter to be re-inserted if Insert Screen is set
"Ready" and the dosimeter is removed while monitoring.
• F3 – Setup, F11 – Instructions, F4 – Clean, Insert Dosimeter and
Remove Dosimeter are used when prompting for next action in DBR clean
sequence. For LDM2000 and DOSICARD Wait for Dosimeter,
DBR Complete, and DBR Incomplete are also used.
• F3 – Setup, F11 – Instructions, F5 – Contaminated, Remove Dosimeter, and
F3 – Go Back, Remove Dosimeter, are also used when prompting for
dosimeter to be removed.
