4.3.23 Port mode select register (PMS)
This register is provided to support IEC60730.
It selects whether to read the output latch value or the pin output level when the port is set to output mode.
This register can be set by a 1-bit or 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.
Any reset source clears this register to 00H.

0 Initial setting. When PMmn = 0 (output mode), the value of Pmn (output latch) is read.
1 When PMmn = 0 (output mode), the pin level is read.
