8121 [T:IFAX TX Jobs]
These SPs count the total number of jobs (color or black-and-white) sent, either directly or
using a file stored on the document server, as fax images using I-Fax.
Note: Color fax sending is not available at this time.
8123 [F: IFAX TX Jobs]
These SPs count the number of jobs (color or black-and-white) sent (not stored on the
document server), as fax images using I-Fax.
Note: Color fax sending is not available at this time.
001 B/W *CTL [0 to 9999999 / 0 / 1/step]
002 Color *CTL [0 to 9999999 / 0 / 1/step]
• These counters count jobs, not pages.
• The counters for color are provided for future use; the color fax feature is not available at this time.
• The fax job is counted when the job is scanned for sending, not when the job is sent.
8131 [T:S-to-Email Jobs]
These SPs count the total number of jobs (color or black-and-white) scanned and
attached to an e-mail, regardless of whether the document server was used or not.
8135 [S: S-to-Email Jobs]
These SPs count the number of jobs (color or black-and-white) scanned and attached to
e-mail, without storing the original on the document server.
001 B/W *CTL [0 to 9999999 / 0 / 1/step]
002 Color *CTL [0 to 9999999 / 0 / 1/step]
003 ACS *CTL [0 to 9999999 / 0 / 1/step]
• These counters count jobs, not pages.
• If the job is stored on the document server, after the job is stored it is determined to be color or
black-and-white then counted.
• If the job is cancelled during scanning, or if the job is cancelled while the document is waiting to be
sent, the job is not counted.
• If the job is cancelled during sending, it may or may not be counted, depending on what stage of
the process had been reached when the job was cancelled.
