Patient data
Searching for and displaying patient data 0
In the Patient Browser window you can view all the patient and examination
data stored in the databases of your system or in the main databases of other
network nodes (if connected) and on external archive media.
Calling up the
Patient Browser
You can call up the Patient Browser window either from the main menu or by
using the symbol keypad.
â—† Press the Patient Browser key on the symbol keypad.
Or
â—† Call up the Patient Browser in the main menu by selecting Patient >
Browser.
Data at the workstation 0
You can search for patient data in the Patient Browser by navigating through the
data levels of the window by mouse click or using the keyboard.
You can speed up your search by sorting the data displayed, e.g. alphabetically
by the last name of the patient. You can also filter the data displayed and only
view a certain subset.
Opening a data level 0
To select certain images of a patient for processing, you can open the patient,
study, and series information levels one after the other until the images you
require are listed or displayed in the content area.
â—† Click on individual data objects in the navigation area to open all the associated
entries of lower data levels.
