Cleaning and Disinfection 0
Before cleaning or disinfecting the ARCADIS Varic, the system must be discon-
nected from the power supply and switched off.
Cleaning 0
Before each examination, clean all parts which come into contact with the patient
to prevent contamination of the ARCADIS Varic.
â—† Clean the parts with a damp cloth.
â—† For moistening, use water or a lukewarm, diluted aqueous solution consisting
of water and a household cleaning agent.
â—† Do not use scouring cleaning agents or organic solvents or cleaning agents
such as benzine, pure alcohol, spot remover etc. because of possible material
incompatibility.
Caution
Cleaning agents or fluids penetrating into the equipment.
This can cause danger or damage to the ARCADIS Varic!
â—† Never spray the ARCADIS Varic.
