This query retrieves the latest expiration date of the Agilent Upgrade Service license.
:LICense:[FPACk]:WAVeform:ADD
:SYSTem:LICense:[FPACk:]WAVeform:ADD "filename"
This command assigns a “filename” to the next available waveform slot. Filename should be just the
filename, no path information. The file must reside in a non–volatile waveform memory (NVWFM)
before it can be licensed.
