This command sets the pulse period of the internally generated pulsed low frequency waveform.

This command sets the pulse width of the internally- generated pulsed low frequency waveform.
The upper limit range value is restricted by the current value of the pulse period. For example, if the
pulse period value is set to 16 S, the pulse width is limited to a maximum range value of 16 S.
