This command sets the internal amplitude modulation rate for the following applications:
• the start frequency for a swept- sine waveform
• the frequency rate for all other waveforms

This command sets the ramp direction when :AM[1]|2:INTernal:FUNCtion[1]|2:SHAPe is set to RAMP.
