[:SOURce]:FM[1]|2:INTernal:FUNCtion[1]|2:SHAPe?
This command sets the FM waveform type.
*RST SINE
Remarks The waveform selection is only valid when INT is the source selection. Refer to
“:FM[1]|2:SOURce” on page 214 for source type selection.
SINE is the only shape available without Option 303.

[:SOURce]:FM[1]|2:INTernal:FUNCtion[1]|2:SHAPe:RAMP?
This command sets the ramp direction when :FM[1]|2:INTernal:FUNCtion[1]|2:SHAPe is set to RAMP.

This command sets the noise type when “:FM[1]|2:SOURce” on page 214 is set to NOISe[1] or
NOISe2.
