●Measure the outer diameter of piston pin.
○Allowable limit: 13.96mm 。
Allowable limit:
13.96mm.
●Clearance between piston pin hole and piston pin.
○Allowable limit: 0.07mm.
●Measure the outer diameter of piston.
Note
The measurement position forms an angle of 90
degrees with the piston pin and it is 7mm below the
piston skirt part.
○Allowable limit: 53.9mm.
●Check the damage
and wear on the inner wall of
cylinder.
Note:
Measure the inner diameter of cylinder in the
upper, middle and lower positions in the direction
whi
ch forms a right angle (90 degrees) with the
piston pin.
○Allowable limit: 54.11mm 。
Allowable limit:
54.11mm .
●
Measure the clearance between cylinder and piston
and be subject, whichever is the greater
○Allowable limit: 0.17mm.
