Benelli TNT125 Service Manual

 External friction plate is installed incorrectly.
Transmission device makes a noise:
 Bearing is worn;
 Transmission gear is worn or has a gap;
 The metal fragments is stuck on the rotating teeth
of gears;
 Oil shortage;
Drive system makes a noise:
 The chain is not adjusted properly;
 Chain is worn;
 Rear sprocket and / or engine sprocket is worn;
 Chain lubricating oil shortage;
 Rear wheel is not adjusted averagely at the right
and left.
The frame gives an unusual noise:
Front fork gives a noise:
 Lack of lubricating oil or too thin oil film;
 Spring has poor elasticity or is damaged
Rear shock absorber gives a noise:
 Shock absorber is broken;
Brake disc gives a noise:
 Brake pads are not installed correctly;
 Brake pad surface polishing;
 Brake disc deformation;

Caliper fault;
Other noises:
 The brackets, nuts, bolts and other parts are not properly installed or locked.
Oil perssure warning light is on :
 The oil pump is broken;
 Oil strainer is blocked;
 Oil filter element plugging;
 The oil level is too low;
 The oil viscosity is too low;
 Camshaft bearing is worn;
 Crankshaft bearing is worn;
 The oil pressure switch is broken;
 There is a problem with the line;
 Relief valve is stuck and in open state;
 The O-ring seal of crankcase oil path is damaged.
Too much exhaust:
White exhaust:
 Piston oil ring is worn;
 Cylinder is worn;
 Valve seal is damaged;
 Valve catheter is worn;
 Oil level is too high.
Black exhaust:
 Air filter is blocked.
Brown exhaust:
 Vent pipe clamp is loosened;
 Air filter has poor airtightness or there is no an air
filter.
Poor performance and / or stability:
The handlebar is difficult to turn:
 Wiring method of cable is incorrect;

Wiring method of hose is incorrect;
