Installing Front Brake pad
Push the calipers inward as far as possible.
Install:
The operations should be conducted in reverse order of
disassembly.
Check: brake fluid level [B], if it is lower than the
minimum score, add sufficient brake fluid
recommended until it reaches the correct level.
●Check: brake handle operation, if the brake handle
feels loose and soft, or light and soft, empty the air
from the brake circuit.
Warning
Grasp the brake lever, until brake pad is against
the brake disc, so that the brake lever can
function as normal. Do not ride the motorcycle
before you complete th
e above steps! Because if
you do not complete the above operation, brake
may not work normally when being used for the
first time and thus danger is caused.
Disassembling RearBrake pad
Separate rear calipers [A] from rear hydraulic brake
b
racket [B].
●Scew out the mounting pin of rear brake pad [A].
