Installing Front Wheel
Remark
○Rotating direction of wheel [A].
●
Check the rotation of front wheel, and then install
front wheel.
●Press bearing [C] into the front rim.
Remark
○First press the side of hydraulic brake disc.
●Apply high-temperature lubricating grease to the edge
of the oil seal [D].
●Put the left shaft sleeve of front wheel [B] over the left
side of the hub.
●
Put the right shaft sleeve of front wheel [E] over the
right side of the hub.
●Insert the wheel axle [A] from the left.
●Tighten the nut [F]

Locking torque of front wheel axle nut: 107 N·m
●Before locking the front wheel axle nut, rock the front
fork up and down for 4-5 times, to make the bottom of
front fork and front wheel axle fit perfectly with each
other
Remark
○Place one stop block in front of front wheel, to
prevent motorcycle from shifting.
●Install it
in reverse order of disassembly. (see the
corresponding chapters).
●Check whether the front brake is normal (see “Regular
Maintenance”—
“Checking Whether the Brake is
Normal”)
Grasp the brake lever, until brake pad is against
the brake disc, so that the brake lever can
function as normal. Do not ride the motorcycle
before you complete the above steps! Because if
you do not complete the above operation, brake
m
ay not work normally when being used for the
first time and thus danger is caused.
