Check
●Check the outer groove of clutch for any burrs or
broken marks.
★If necessary, finish it using a file, and replace it if the
amount of finishing is too large.
● Check the tooth forms of clutch central pivot plate
and retainer for damage.
★ If there is damage, replaced it.
● Measure the free length of pressure spring.
○Allowable limit: Replace it if its length is less than
34.2mm.
● Measure the thickness of friction plate with a vernier
calipers.
○ Allowable limit: Replace it if its thickness is less than
2.6mm.
