Cylinder pressure is too high:
There is carbon deposition in the combustion
chamber.
Insufficient engine output power:
Clutch is slipping
Oil level is too high;
Oil viscosity is too high;
Drive system fault;
Brake dragging.
Improperly adding lubrication oil:
Oil level is too low;
Oil is poor or not applicable.
Oil cooler is abnormal:
The oil cooler is blocked.
Clutch is abnormal:
Clutch is slipping:
Friction plate wear or deformation;
Steel wear or deformation;
Clutch spring damage or poor elasticity;
Clutch jacket is worn and uneven;
Clutch master cylinder fails;
Clutch slave cylinder fails.
Clutch cannot be properly separated:
Clutch plate is deformed or too rough;
Clutch spring compression is uneven;
Oil deterioration;
Oil viscosity is too high;
Oil level is too high;
Clutch jacket and drive shaft is seized;
Clutch jacket nut is loosened;
Clutch jacket spline is damaged;
Clutch friction plate is installed incorrectly.
There is a problem with shifting
It is unable to engage the gear; control pedal cannot be reset
Clutch cannot be separated;
Shift fork is bent or stuck;
Shifting gear is stuck at the shaft;
Shifting lever is blocked
Shifting reset spring has poor flexibility or is
damaged;

The shifting claw is damaged.
Trip Stop
The fork of shifting fork is worn or bent;
Shifting gear groove is worn;
The joint between the protrusion at the inner edge
of gear and concave hole is worn;
Shifting drum groove is worn;
Gear lever spring has poor flexibility or is
damaged;
Shifting fork guide pin is worn;
Drive shaft, output shaft and / or gear spline is
worn.
