If the measured result does not meet the specified
valve, adjustment shall be carried out.
Adjust the free travel of brake pedal.
1. Loosen the nut [B] on joint [A].
2. Screw in or screw out the mandril [C] to adjust the
free travel of brake pedal.
If the mandril [C]
is screwed in, the free
travel will be reduced;
If the mandril [C] is screw out, the free travel
will be increased
3. When the free travel meets the s
pecified value,
tighten and fasten the nut [B].
4. After adjustment, the brake dragging phenomenon
shall be avoided.
Checking Brake
●Ride the motorcycle on the dry road and check
whether the front and rear brakes are normal.
If the brake is abnormal, check the brake system.
Warning
If you need to test the motorcycle in the
checking process, make sure to ride it in the
place with safe traffic conditions.
Checking Brake Fluid Level
Check front brake fluid, and ensure whether the level
of brake fluid in the pump [B] is above the lower limit
oil lens [A].
Remark
When checking the brake fluid level, rotate the
handle to keep the reservoir level.
