Disassembling Magneto
●Magneto power wire connector
●Put a suitable container below the magneto cover
●Loosen the left cover mounting bolt [A] and remove
the left cover [B] and coil
●Pull out the magneto power wire between the engine
and bracket
Disassembling stator coil:
Magneto cover (see the magneto cover disassembly
section)
Stator coil bolt [A]
Stator coil [B]
Magneto outgoing line rubber cover [C]
Trigger bolt [D]
Disassembling flywheel:
Disassemble the magneto cover (see the magneto cover
disassembly section)
Use the flywheel remover to remove the flywheel
mounting bolt.
Disassemble the flywheel from the crankshaft with the
flywheel puller
