Force
The common sense and basic ability of judgement
must be owned in the part removal and installation
process to prevent excessive force from resulting in
maintenance difficulties or high maintenance cost. If
necessary, remove the screws with threaded fastening glue
by using a pneumatic wrench. If it is needed to beat the
fastener, a mallet must be used.
Gasket and O-Ring Seal
If the gasket and O-ring seal hardens, shrinks or is
damaged after they are removed, the sealing performance
will be reduced. Remove the old gasket and thoroughly
clean the sealing surface to prevent any gasket material or
other materials from remaining on the sealing surface. Use
a new gasket during reinstallation and replace the O-ring
seal which has been used simultaneously.
Mould Closing Glue and Threaded Fastening Glue
If it is needed to use the mould closing glue or
threaded fastening glue, the contact surface must be
cleaned first to prevent any oil stain from remaining on
the contact surface before the mould closing glue and
threaded fastening glue are used. Do not use too much
mould closing glue or threaded fastening glue, because
excessive mould closing glue or threaded fastening glue
will block the oil channel and cause serious damages.
