UTC Offset programming14.
UTC (Universal Time Coordinated) offset is the time
difference between UTC and repeater local time. This
item enables you to check the destination repeater’s
time when you make a gateway call. (p. 9-44)
$8 Touch [√](D).
$9 Touch “UTC OFFSET” to enter the UTC offset edit
mode.
%0 Touch [+] or [–](D) one or more times to input the
time difference between UTC and the local time.
• If desired, touch the UTC offset for 1 second to open the
Function set window, and then touch the “Clear” to delete
the UTC offset.
%1 After entering, touch [](D).

• The programmed contents are stored to the repeater list,
and the display returns to the RPT LIST screen.
