Receiver On-Chip Termination
Description
Controls the on-chip RX differential termination. For data rates higher than 25 Gbps,
set the termination resistance to 85 Ohm.
Note: For protocols such as QPI, you need to set the termination setting to R_R2. For all the
other protocols, you can either set this setting to R_R1 or R_R2. The default value set
for all the protocols other than QPI depends upon the data rate. When the data rate is
less than or equal to 17.4 Gbps, the default value is R_R1. When the data rate is
greater than 17.4 Gbps, the default value is R_R2.
